First term 2022 academic activities for Primary and secondary schools started on April 26 this year, with a midterm break on 26th to 29th of May before returning to school to continue with the second part of term one.
July Second 2022 marks the end of term one for Primary and secondary schools. This is expected to be a closing date for the term to allow learners to go back home for a short first term holiday that will last until 10th July 2022, a duration of one week.
After the one week break, Learner will then begin their second term on 11th July 2022 and break for midterm on 11th to 14th August 2022. After resuming for the second part of term two, the second term will officially end on 16th September 2022.
Third term is set to begin on 26th September 2022 with no midterm breaks considering that it will be very short. Non candidates will therefore close on 25th November 2022 to allow candidates to take their KCPE and KCSE examinations.
